How we treat are bodies and prepare them for activity have a very clear effect on how we perform.Even as a youngster what we consume and what we do will influence our performance if not that day or year, it will in time. But even as a youth, our bodies are adjusting irregularly. Not all joints, tendons and muscles are developing at the same rate. So if you are paying attention to one by stretching, for instance, you may very well be putting stress somewhere else that is connected which then brings a new set of difficulties. The key is to give balance to your body and feed it accordingly so everything gets the attention it needs to assure you of performing at your ultimate best.
