We sit more...we use muscles just walking in the snow that stress and strain our bodies...we use other muscles and joints that sometimes feel as if we haven't used them in years...like new discoveries all over again...

This can be harmful if we aren't careful and so it is vitally important to keep our bodies fit and conditioned not only just for the elements and such to keep us in shape but to keep us flexible and mobile for the spring and the new golf season.
